Marvel’s Jessica Jones season 2 confirmed

Word around Hell’s Kitchen is that Kilgrave passed by Netflix’s headquarters, putting his mind control powers to good use. Our private investigator did her best and gave us darn good results: Marvel’s Jessica Jones will be returning for a second season.

Via EW.com:

Marvel’s most daring TV series has been renewed for a second season, EW has learned. Netflix confirmed the news during its the Television Critics Association’s press tour sessions on Sunday.

We can also tell you the second season will be another 13 episodes, and that showrunner Melissa Rosenberg is back on board. But there was premiere date yet announced.

Without spoiling much, season one of the drama series mainly involves Jessica Jones’ miserable past striking back to haunt her, and she needs to come to a decision to run away again or confront it once and for all. Krysten Ritter did a splendid job portraying  the private investigator with super strength and David Tennant absolutely owned the Kilgrave role. With Daredevil almost ready to release its second season, you could say we were starting to wonder what will be next on Jessica Jones’ plate.

With Daredevil almost ready to release its second season, you could say we were starting to wonder what will be next on Jessica Jones’ plate. Which new characters will they be introducing? Will they start to build-up to the Defenders? Will the Avocados at Law make an appearance? Will we see some more of Luke Cage? It’ll only get more intriguing from here.
