It’s the game we needed, but it wasn’t the game we deserved.
A few days ago, YouTube channel Did You Know Gaming? released a video on the canceled tie-in video game for 2008’s smash hit The Dark Knight. According to the video, developer Pandemic Studios was trying to bring an open world element into The Dark Knight, believing that this would make a more enjoyable Batman experience for video game players. This concept would later be explored in Rocksteady’s 2009 video game Batman: Arkham Asylum.
