Experience the “Afterparty”, Violet Days style.

The crispy, sweet but intense voice of Lina opens this song taking you to a feeling some of us experience after a night surrounded by a full crowd of people but leaving you feeling empty. Don’t get me wrong, not matter how the afterparty effect makes you feel, you will love this dance infused track!

Following their vibrant emergence into pop consciousness last year with debut EP “Made in my Head”, Violet Days – the artistic project of Swedish singer and songwriter Lina Hansson and producer Kris Eriksson – release their first offering of 2019 with the stunning “Afterparty”.

Speaking on the track, Lina states: “I wanted to write about this feeling when there is no way to escape your thoughts of feeling alone, I think a lot of people struggle with that sometimes but we don´t talk so much about it. ‘Afterparty’ is a typical moment that brings that feeling out, the contrast of having a lot of people around you at one second, and the next one they´re gone. It´s just bittersweet. It´s a dialog with myself trying to get better at being alone.”

Make sure you follow Violet Days HERE , while she continues to emerge as a fresh, conscious breakout name for 2019.
