Olivia Wilde’s Thriller ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ Starring Dakota Johnson And Florence Pugh

Florence Pugh, Shia LaBeouf and Chris Pine were recently set to star in New Line Cinema and director Olivia Wilde‘s psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling, and Deadline reports today that Dakota Johnson has also joined the cast. The film’s story is apparently “A psychological thriller about a 1950s housewife whose reality begins to crack, revealing a disturbing truth underneath”.

Details are being kept secret, but the setting for Don’t Worry Darling is an isolated, utopian community in the 1950s California desert and centers on a housewife who uncovers a disturbing truth about her seemingly perfect life. Few details are available, but it is known that Pugh is leading the ensemble, playing the housewife. Character details for Johnson are also hidden behind the post-and-beam.
