This is your first look at the trailer for the brand new thriller directed and co-written by Dave Franco called ‘The Rental’. Alison Brie, Dan Stevens, Jeremy Allen White and Sheila Vand play two couples that rent a beautiful ocean side house for a weekend getaway. They’re in for some sinister turns, with someone seemingly out to get them and dark secrets threatening to tear them apart.

This marks the feature directorial effort for Franco, who has written the script with filmmaker and actor Joe Swanberg (Win it AllDrinking Buddies). The Rental will be hitting limited U.S. cinemas on July 24.
