Tom Holland is set to star and executively produce a brand new Apple TV+ series called ‘The Crowded Room’. Described as thriller, ‘The Crowded Room’ will be a 10-episode season based partly on creator Akiva Goldsman’s life, and will be inspired by Daniel Keyes’ acclaimed biography, “The Minds of Billy Milligan.”
‘The Crowded Room’ is an anthology series that dives into the true tales of people who have struggled and learned to successfully live with mental illness. Holland will be playing the lead role of Danny Sullivan, a character loosely based on Milligan, the first person ever acquitted of a crime because of multiple personality disorder. He will be joined by actress Sasha Lane.
