A ‘Crisis of Man’ caused by man. We are risking mass extinction, our attempt is to rewrite these unreasonable times through music, giving voice – through sound – for our violated nature. We are delighted to support EarthPercent in its mission to provide direct and meaningful support to those at the forefront of climate justice while reducing our impact on the planet”.

It’s raw, rich, and real—just like everything HD4President does.

About “Bussin, he said, “This song was made in California, and the check cleared that day. So, it felt like it was time to talk my shit. I already had the jewelry and the cars, so at the moment, I finally felt really up.”

Returning with yet another anthem, Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter, rapper, and producer Malachiii unveils a new single and music video entitled “Hold Me” today via Motown Records. Watch the video for “Hold Me”HERE. Listen to “Hold Me”HERE.

Victorious horns sound off at the top of the track as a hard-hitting beat bumps. His voice oscillates between a regal croon and nimble flows as he assures, “You’re dealing with something that’s holy. In the accompanying visual, he rocks out in a warehouse, moving with the ebb and flow of the song itself. Surrounded by smoke, his charisma practically catches fire on screen.

About “Hold Me”, Malachiii said, “This song is about dominance. This is that song that you play before your big game, before your job interview, during your workout. This song is about pure confidence and determination. Nothing or no one can stop me or “hold me” for that matter. This is the point of no return. I am too powerful now.”

Oslo based singer/songwriter Beharie (Christian Beharie) is a young, old soul with a distinctive expression that balances neatly between searching for an identity and independence. Rooted in an abundantly musical family, it’s no surprise he flourished into a musician himself. He spent his younger years consumed by music; learning new instruments, playing in school bands and singing in choirs alongside his four siblings, before eventually going on to study contemporary music at university and launching his solo career.

Penning solo tracks during his time studying, Beharie expressed, “The school felt like a safe space to experiment and just write a lot of music. And that journey took me towards the elements, influences and compositions you can find in my music today”. Drawing inspiration from artists like Frank Ocean, Moses Sumney, Fleet Foxes and Leon Bridges, Beharie pulls the strings between the rawness of soul and the melodic and experimental lines from pop, indie and the singer/songwriter genre.

The new single “Simple Mistake” narrates the naivety of continuing with a relationship that you know has an expiry date, despite seeing all the signs. Feeling captivated by a person you know is wrong for you, but for one reason or another, continuously being drawn back into the romance. His vulnerable vocals are immersed in delicate harmonies located deep within the indie-soul landscape, with a lull of calming percussion and soothing guitars drifting in the background.

Despite being early on in his solo career, his latest EP ‘Beharie // Beharie’ was already nominated for Spellemann (Norwegian Grammy awards), in the category R&B/Soul. Besides, having already supported Norwegian and international names like Bernhoft and Madison McFerrin, as well as receiving a nomination for the 2022 Swedish Gaffa Awards (International newcomer of the year) and securing a slot with William Fitzsimmons as a special guest on the American songwriter’s European tour, 2022 is looking to be an explosive year! Beharie is ready to bring his ever-developing sound to the airwaves of Scandinavia and the rest of the world.

North Dakota-born and Georgia-raised singer, artist, and visionary ELHAE approaches R&B like a film director would, choosing every element carefully, ensuring an intricate level of cohesion, and building his own world. Since catching fire in 2015 on the independent Aura EP, he worked towards eventually architecting such a world. The follow-up All Have Fallen yielded fan favorites such as “Doesn’t Matter” [feat Kehlani] and “Needs,” which clocked 20 million-plus Spotify streams. In between, he garnered glowing praise from the likes of The FaderBillboardVibeThe Source, and more as Sprite named him among its P.O.U.R. (Purveyors of Urban Reality) program. The 2017 sequel to Aura — the Aura II EP — boasted “Drama,” “Something,” and the popular “Bang Your Line” [feat. Ty Dolla $ign]. The latter ignited 24 million Spotify streams and counting. Meanwhile, he lent his voice to high-profile collaborations with Lecrae, Eric Bellinger, and many others in addition to supporting blackbear on tour.

2018 saw him grace the stage of Coachella for the first time in front of 40,000 fans as he diligently worked on new tunes in Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta. Inspired by childhood favorite albums such as Kid Cudi’s Man on the Moon: The End of Day, Childish Gambino’s Because the Internet, and Kendrick Lamar’s Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City, he developed an airtight vision with a detailed plotline for his next release. In 2019, the vision unfolds over the course of his twelve-track conceptual project, Trouble In Paradise [Atlantic Records], introduced by the intoxicating first single “Hennessy.” His sound is about to blow up on the biggest canvas possible now.

Floating to the forefront of pop culture on their own terms, buzzing alternative pop duo BETWEEN FRIENDSBrandon and Savannah Hudson—release the official video for their latest single “orange juice” today via 10K Projects.

Covering the video, Office Magazine praised the pop group saying, “from production, to writing, to recording, the brother/sister duo have been proving their potential to do wonders in the music industry.”

“When creating ‘orange juice’ we wanted to write a song that was as colorful as possible,” say the duo.  “Lyrically the song touches on making the ultimate unexpected fantasy out of something as simple as a comedown from a night out. Pairing this with sonics reminiscent of cartoons and a groove made after listening to a lot of D’Angelo’s ‘Voodoo,’ we hope that the song will take you on a small mental trip.”

You might have seen him on a stage next to Robbie WilliamsKylie Minogue or Culture Club… But now it’s with you that Leon Jacques wants to dance, with his new single Parts!

Tapping into his r&b and reggae influences, the Londoner is inviting his audience to the dance floor, welcoming them with his suave vocals soaked into the warm rhythms of his Caribbean roots, brought to life by Sunset Drver“It was extremely important to come together with a producer who gets it, and being a Notting Hill native with mixed Afro-Caribbean heritage, she knew exactly what I meant when talking about unrefined baselines and synths and how they marry the rhythm section”, Leon explains. Hailing himself from the West Indies, he had his heart set on celebrating his multicultural background with a track that intuitively brings people together, even for a brief encounter… “I had always wanted to create a song that felt authentic to my heritage but not forced, he continues. I’m privileged to have spent many of my formative years in Jamaica and Barbados so my accent and dialect aren’t forced but at the same time, it’s clearly British which honours the choices of my grandparents to support the colony whilst solidifying a stable foundation for the future family. In writing Parts, I wanted to peek behind the blinds of reggae culture. This song is about the silent consent given on the dance floor to be led by the rhythm and the vibe for an encapsulating three or four minutes, and then everybody goes their separate ways, happy, unhindered and judgement free.”

An original member of House Gospel Choir, Leon Jacques helped shape their signature sound and performed at the biggest UK festivals (GlastonburyLatitudeSouthport) before focusing on his solo career. Previously heard on records from Kojey RadicalChe Lingo and Naughty Boy, his own material received support from major media outlets like BBC 1Xtra and Notion, all championing the “choir in a box” and his honeyed harmonies. Leon Jacques will continue to shine his light all throughout 2022, with a wave of monthly singles, including Friends out later this month.

The music video has impressively racked up 4 million Facebook views and nearing a million YouTube views, while the song has generated millions of combined streams and counting. Rated R&B raved, “He’s still a force to be reckoned with when it comes to love songs,” and Soulbounce declared, “ ‘Stuck On You’ finds the singer absolutely smitten with his special someone. He expresses that sentiment over a perfectly adult contemporary groove full of quiet instrumentation and led by a guitar melody that expands as the song progresses.” YouKnowIGotSoul plugged the track, and ThisisRnb summed it up best as “Good ole fashion r&b music, perfect love and baby making music, and right on time for Valentine’s Day.”

Jamaica, Queens-born artist Trav makes a heavy-hitting return stemming from the release of his new single “Cain” via Money Bag Boyz Records / Team Eighty Productions. Available on all music platforms today, the boastful banger paints a picture of the trials and triumphs native to Trav’s rise as an artist while doubling down on his personal story—vividly bringing the track to life.  Produced by Juvy Catcher and Reon, with a hypnotic and head-nodding effort, “Cain” arrives on the heels of Trav’s recent release of “Toxic” featuring Rowdy Rebel, which continues to grow in acclaim for the infectious delivery from both artists.  Known for his versatility and the ability to be so musically diverse, creating witty unique flows and lyrical content in the snap of an eye, Trav sets the stage for a beaming year as he places the final touches on the follow-up project to his Nothing Happens Over Night [2020] album.

Asserting himself as a genre-breaking maverick, Florida-born country rap phenomenon Jamie Ray returns with a new single and music video entitled “Sticks.” It marks his third release on Against Da Grain/Human Resources/Epic Records and first this year. Listen to “Sticks”HERE. Watch the music video for “Sticks”HERE.

On the track, guitar and banjo wind around skittering 808s as he leans into a countrified flow punctuated by Southern twang and slippery wordplay. It culminates with the declaration, “Country boy from the mud, got my money up!” In the accompanying visual, he plays poker in an old school saloon as the tune from The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly sets the scene. Soon, he’s rapping to the camera flanked by dancers in cowboy hats. With every move, he ignites a Western rap banger unlike anything out there!

I’m Heather Green, singer-songwriter from California/Nova Scotia. I recently spent some time in the studio with producer/engineer Alexander Meade/Tape Notes. Together we created a new batch of songs set to be released this year.

The first of this work with Alex is, “Close Enough,” a carefree, summer-love song about the hopeful, blind optimism of being infatuated with someone new. The yearning to know them, who they’ve been, and wanting to top their list of best lovers.

Listen to “Close Enough” now on streaming platforms everywhere.

“I wanna make you coffee / Every morning from now on
I wanna know you better than / Anyone ever has”

Thank you for listening. Look out for more music out soon.

I’ve been a big fan of Blondie since I was a teenager and always had this song on my bucket list. Most of the renditions I’ve heard are fairly upbeat and close to the original, so I wanted to slow it down and give it a dreamy kinda vibe, where it feels like you’re suddenly living in slow motion and your imagination starts running wild – kind of like that feeling you get sitting in the backseat of a car on a road trip with your headphones on as you watch cars passing by.
Thanks for listening,

Juliana Eye

Amazon Music and IHEARTCOMIX will release its second episode of We’ve Got Company, an irreverent new sitcom-themed talk show hosted by Marc “Loop Daddy” Rebillet, airing biweekly on Wednesdays at 9pm ET on the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch and in the Amazon Music app. For the series’ second episode, Marc will be joined by platinum-selling artist and superstar producer and DJ Dillon Francis. This follows Marc’s first guest, Grammy-winner Flying Lotus.

Filmed on an elaborate set and playing with sitcom tropes, the unpredictable new series guarantees to produce the kind of unexpected results that made Marc Rebillet an underground sensation. Over the span of 90+ minutes, special musical guests pop by to visit Marc to be treated with snacks, an endless selection of video games, improvisational jams, and an environment where the audience is as in control as the host.

“If you don’t watch this show I will be very, very upset. I mean I will throw a complete fit. I’m going to start hurling objects through the air and screaming at dogs and small children if you don’t watch this show,” said Marc Rebillet.

ABOUT MARC REBILLET:

A one-man improvisational meltdown, Marc Rebillet built a rapid following from his legendary, freewheeling live streams from his New York apartment. A classically trained pianist, no two of Marc’s performances are ever the same, as the part comedian, part improvisational virtuoso cycles through a rolodex of genres, references, and internet humor—often in the space of one song.

As pandemic restrictions eased, Marc embarked on a sold-out drive-in tour of the U.S. that found him connecting with fans who discovered his live streams during the quarantine. His success has led to high-profile collaborations with artists like Erykah Badu, Reggie Watts, and Flying Lotus, as well as bookings at Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and the Red Rocks Amphitheater. He’ll also be embarking on his first European tour this summer.

Rebillet is represented by UTA and Davis Shapiro Lewit & Grabel, LLP.
