Netflix has announced the cast members who will be joining Robert De Niro in the forthcoming limited series called ‘Zero Day’. Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons, Joan Allen and Connie Britton have signed on for the roles of Alexandra Mullen, Roger Carlson, Sheila Mullen, and Valerie Whitesell.
‘Zero Day’ is a conspiracy thriller created by Noah Oppenheim, Eric Newman, and Michael S. Schmidt. “The series asks the question on everyone’s mind — how do we find truth in a world in crisis, one seemingly being torn apart by forces outside our control? And in an era rife with conspiracy theory and subterfuge, how much of those forces are products of our own doing, perhaps even of our own imagining,” reads the synopsis.
