Based on The Ubisoft Game, A ‘Watch Dogs’ Movie Starring Sophie Wilde Has Been Announced

Watch Dogs movie based on the Ubisoft series of video games has been revealed, with reports that Talk To Me breakout star Sophie Wilde set to lead. The film is set in the universe of the Watch Dogs game series, which is made up for 2014’s Watch Dogs, 2016’s Watch Dogs 2, and 2020’s Watch Dogs: Legion.

For people not familiar with the games, they typically follow a hacker or a group of hackers who use the expansive central Operating System network (also called ctOS) to obtain information and control electronics in order to take on corrupt and evil individuals.

Mathieu Turi is set to direct the video game movie.
