A major update in the development of the Gundam, as reported by Deadline that the film has found it’s director. Jim Mickle, best known for being the showrunner of the Netflix series Sweet Tooth, has been tapped to write and direct the upcoming project.
Deadline has also reported that the movie is eyeing 2025 to begin production. It is also reported that Netflix will no longer be involved in the project.
