Miranda Cosgrove who played Carly Shay teased that a new iCarly project is in development. iCarly ran for six seasons on Nickelodeon from 2007 to 2012 before Paramount+ picked it up for a series revival back in 2021. After three seasons at Paramount the series suddenly came to an end. Fans were upset by the decision, due to the series finishing on a cliffhanger. But there is now good news. During her appearance on The Talk, Cosgrove talked about the potential iCarly movie, adding that fans will be “super excited.”

“I’m not allowed to 100% confirm anything yet but I think the fans of the show are going to be super excited because we have something in the works,” said Cosgrove.

Cosgrove also confirmed that the project will feature familiar fan favorites and that the show will revisit the cliffhanger.

“Yes, and we actually ended the revival on a cliffhanger, and we’re going to wrap that up,” she added.
