Katseye – “I’m Pretty”: I’m Pretty is a song by KATSEYE taken from their debut EP, SIS (Soft Is Strong), released on August 16, 2024. Katseye is a girl group based in Los Angeles, California. The group is composed of six members: Manon, Sophia, Daniela, Lara, Megan, and Yoonchae. Katseye was formed through the 2023 reality show Dream Academy which is currently on Netflix, a collaboration between Hybe Corporation and Geffen Records.
Griff – “Last Nights Mascara”: I’ve always been a huge fan of Griff. Last year, the breakout pop powerhouse shared Last Night’s Mascara, a track that was given its live debut whilst she was on tour supporting global star Sabrina Carpenter around the US. The song picked up momentum on TikTok, and it sent the single soaring.
Taylor Swift – “Clara Bow”: This song is probably my most favourite track the pop star has released. Clara Bow is the last track on eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department. The title pays homage to the silent film star Clara Bow. Bow would struggle mental health issues caused by the stress of her fame. She was also known for having a “turbulent love life”.
Craig David & Tiwa Savage – “Commitment”: Craig David is back and has premiered his latest single and video Commitment featuring Tiwa Savage. This song is taken from his forthcoming album of the same name. With 25 years in the game since his iconic debut Born To Do It, David is serving up a new record that he says is:
“Everything to me now that ‘Born To Do It’ was to me as a teen. That’s what it feels to me, that’s what it means to me. And I hope when people listen to it they have the same feeling all over again.”
JoJo – “Porcelian Reimagined”: Chart-topping and multi-platinum recording artist JoJo debuted a reimagined version of her new single Porcelain via BMG. This reimagined take emphasizes JoJo’s vocal range and emotional depth, and connects with listeners on a more intimate level.
Lights – “SURFACE TENSION”: When it comes to Lights we know one thing is certain and that’s your going to get an anthem. SURFACE TENSION is an alternative pop anthem about breaking free from chaos. It is featured on Lights’ upcoming sixth album, A6.
