Focus Features has revealed the release date and given fans a first look at a photo from Song Sung Blue, an upcoming musical drama starring Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson.
“Loved every second making this beautiful film,” Hudson wrote on Instagram. Working with the most lovely work husband you could ask for, Hugh Jackman, singing the iconic songs of Neil Diamond.”
Song Sung Blue is due for a wide release on December 25, 2025.
Per the logline, “Song Sung Blue tells the inspiring true story of two down-on-their-luck performers who form a joyous Neil Diamond tribute band, proving it’s never too late to find love and follow your dreams.”
