Canadian indie pop artist Olivia Lunny releases her bold, emotionally-charged album, VELVET & DENIM via Infinity & Recordings. Listen HERE. The album is accompanied by the visualizer for the ethereal “VELVET & DENIM,” originally written 8 years ago, the song became the title track for the album, setting the tone of duality that spans the 12-song record. The album features previously released tracks, including the anthem of confidence “MARILYN” (watch visualizer), gritty love song “HEAVEN” and ode to Los Angeles industry life, “CITY OF ANGELS.”
This Sunday, June 8, Olivia will make her Governors Ball live debut in NYC, then head to Europe to perform a select few festivals overseas including Lido Festival, Pinkpop Festival and Isle of Wright Festival. Additionally, she will provide support for Justin Timberlake at shows in Belfast and Dublin as well as BANKS for the Fall 2025 European leg of the “Off with Her Head Tour.”
After winning Canada’s music competition show The Launch in 2020, Olivia has since amassed over 80 million global streams, 2 top 40 US radio singles and a top 20 single at Canadian Pop Radio. Stacking over 5 million streams for her Heartbreak on Repeat EP and press support from the likes of Grammy.com, PAPER, Billboard, Earmilk, Wonderland, Notion, and many more, there’s so much more to come from the pop starlet.
