James McAvoy To Lead Blumhouse’s Remake Of The Thriller ‘Speak No Evil’

James McAvoy has signed on to star in Blumhouse’s forthcoming English remake of the 2022 Danish thriller movie Speak No Evil. McAvoy has previously worked with the studio on both M. Night Shyamalan‘s Split and Glass.

The Speak No Evil remake will be written and directed by filmmaker James Watkins. The film will be produced by Jason Blum. The story centers around two families who met while on vacation in Tuscany, with both trying to stay polite during moments of unpleasantness. This remake is due to hit theatres 2024.
