See The Posters For The Upcoming Sequel ‘The Exorcist: Believer’

New posters have been revealed for the horror sequel The Exorcist: Believer. This will be the sixth movie in The Exorcist series and a direct sequel to the original movie from 1973.

“The father of a possessed child, desperate for help goes in search of someone who has had similar experiences, Chris MacNeil,” reads the official synopsis. The movie will see Ellen Burstyn reprise her role as Chris for the first time in 50 years.

The sequel is set to debut in theatres October 13th from Universal Pictures. It will be the first in a trilogy of films that stars Ellen Burstyn, Leslie Odom Jr., Ann Dowd, Lidya Jewett, Olivia Marcum, Raphael Sbarge, Jennifer Nettles, and Okwui Okpokwasili.
