Netflix has unveiled the first image along with a release date for Mother of the Bride, it’s upcoming rom-com starring Brooke Shields and Miranda Cosgrove. Mother of the Bride is set to release on May 9, 2024, exclusively on Netflix.
“Lana’s daughter Emma returns from abroad and drops a bombshell: she’s getting married,” reads the film’s official logline. “In Thailand. In a month! Things only get worse when Lana learns that the man who captured Emma’s heart is the son of the man who broke hers years ago.”
Shields will play the role of Lana, while Miranda Cosgrove will play the role of her daughter, Emma.
