New Details On M. Night Shyamalan and Nicholas Sparks Movie With Jake Gyllenhaal, Titled ‘Remain’

Word Of Reel reports that the upcoming M. Night Shyamalan movie starring Jake Gyllenhaal it officially being titled Remain. Remain and is set to start production in August later this year.

The project will be a “supernatural romantic thriller” based on an original story by both Shyamalan and author Nicholas Sparks, who of course is known for novels such as The Notebook, Dear John, The Last Song, and more which have all been turned into feature films.

Deadline reports that Shyamalan and Sparks are co-creating the story, with Shyamalan writing a screenplay and Sparks writing a novel based on the same original story.
