Apple TV+ has unveiled the trailer for The Morning Show Season 4, marking the return of Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.
The official synopsis states: “With the UBA-NBN merger now complete, the newsroom faces new challenges involving heightened responsibilities, hidden agendas, and the elusive pursuit of truth in a divided America. In a landscape dominated by deepfakes, conspiracy theories, and corporate cover-ups — who can you trust? And how can you discern what’s real?” Season 4 is set to premiere in spring 2024, approximately two years after the events of the third season’s finale.
In Season 3, Bradley Jackson (Witherspoon) concealed her brother Hal’s (Joe Tippett) involvement in the Capitol insurrection, but both eventually surrendered to the FBI. In the upcoming season, Bradley contends with the repercussions of her actions and investigates a cover-up by UBA.
Meanwhile, Alex Levy (Aniston) takes a leading role at UBN, the new network formed after the merger of UBA and NBN. The transition introduces a different corporate culture at UBN, which might pose challenges for Alex to navigate.
Returning cast members include Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Nicole Beharie, and Jon Hamm. New additions to the cast feature Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Boyd Holbrook, Marion Cotillard, and Jeremy Irons.
Showrunner Charlotte Stoudt continues as the executive producer. Mimi Leder serves as an executive producer and director. Other executive producers include Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Michael Ellenberg, Lindsey Springer, Lauren Neustadter, Kristin Hahn, Zander Lehmann, and Micah Schraft.
The Morning Show Season 4 will debut on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The season comprises 10 episodes, with one episode releasing weekly until the finale on November 19, 2025.
