Peacock has unveiled the first trailer for Jennifer Garner’s upcoming series, The Five Star Weekend.
In this series, Garner stars as Hollis Shaw, a renowned food influencer who faces a heartbreaking personal loss, putting a strain on her marriage and her relationship with her daughter. The story centers around Shaw hosting a weekend retreat at her Nantucket home with three friends from different phases of her life—her childhood, twenties, and thirties—as well as a mysterious fifth guest. The trailer opens with Shaw addressing her “Hungry with Hollis” community, before police arrive at her home with news of her husband’s death. Shaw then arranges a weekend getaway with four women, including the newest member of the group. The series also explores the personal struggles and insecurities of the other women.
