The first full trailer for Resident Evil has arrived, giving a terrifying look at the zombie movie from Weapons director Zach Cregger.
The official synopsis for the movie reads, “From the mind of visionary filmmaker Zach Cregger (Weapons, Barbarian) comes a thrilling — and terrifying — reinvention of the Resident Evil franchise.
