Singer, songwriter, and guitarist Maya Delilah has released the driving new single “Been Here Before” with Aquilo, the musical duo consisting of Tom Higham and Ben Fletcher. “This song is a message to a partner who’s dragging you down,” says Maya. “It’s all about self-love and knowing you deserve better.”
“This song was made with my good friends Aquilo,” she explains. “We’ve made a lot of music together over the years but this time we wanted to step away from the more singer-songwriter style and lean into another sound that inspires me a lot: a darker driving sound, soul-leaning, with a catchy guitar phrase.”

rising genre-bending singer-songwriter Momo Boyd unveils the official music video for “Cold Hands,” bringing a black-and-white visual to the soulful track’s examination of vulnerability, emotional self-preservation, and the fear of being left behind. The video places the weight of the song’s emotions front and center, reflecting the tension between wanting to let someone in and preparing for them to leave. As Boyd reckons with how past experiences shape her ability to trust and commit, “Cold Hands” captures the struggle of learning to live with uncertainty without letting it dictate the future. Earlier this year, Boyd released her debut EP, Miss Michigan, a genre-shifting collection that moves between folk, Americana, rock, and R&B while exploring love, independence, and emotional vulnerability. On “Big Country,” she pairs country-tinged pop with a restless search for connection, while “American Love Song” reimagines gospel through a meditation on love and the independence she refuses to sacrifice. As Complex noted, “Boyd’s shape-shifting, or rather genre-shifting ability remains rooted in her love for rock music and its Black roots.” The project earned coverage from Essence, Rolling Stone, The FADER, The Guardian, and Billboard, with The FADER claiming “Oops” as a hit. The track also marked a career milestone for Boyd, earning her first solo entry on the Billboard charts with a debut at No. 36 on the Rhythmic Airplay chart.
Boyd will bring Miss Michigan to audiences across Europe on her solo tour, kicking off October 28 in Copenhagen, Denmark, before joining Infinity Song for their World Tour II beginning November 7 in Manchester, UK. The run will take her to cities including London, Paris, Brussels, Berlin, and Istanbul, bringing her genre-spanning sound to stages across the continent. Tickets available HERE.

Exciting new artist Cikho has released his new single ‘3am’ today via 0207 Def Jam.
On ‘3am’, Cikho returns to the dreamy, romantic world he’s already building a reputation on, pairing soft synths with an easy, slow-jam groove. “It’s almost 3am and I am thinking of you / Guess I tried my best but it didn’t come through,” he sings, capturing the late-night longing for someone you can’t quite let go of. Tender and instantly catchy, the track wraps romantic heartache in a warm, nostalgic glow. .
Working with producer Luis Knowles, Cikho’s recent singles ‘Crush On You’, ‘Blue’ and ‘3am’ inhabit a vivid, fully-realised sonic world. With the guitar front and centre playing melodies interwoven with deftly executed vocal harmonies, delivering starkly direct lyrics, these are songs from an artist levelling up in real time.
Cikho comments: “3am’ is really exciting for me because I feel like it’s a bit of a new direction with my sound. A lot of my songs have been quite upbeat and fast-paced, but this one’s a little slower, darker and more vulnerable. I love associating my songs with colours, and to me, ‘3am’ is dark purple. It reminds me of being up late at night, just stuck in your own thoughts. The song is basically about being so caught up on someone who means everything to you, but slowly realising they don’t feel the same way. You’re up all night thinking about them, but to them, you’re just a 3am call.”
