Kodie Shane is quickly becoming one of Atlanta’s most fieriest voices. At just 19 the hip hop enthusiast is becoming a critical fan favorite. Being slated as one of the biggest break out stars of 2018, the First Lady of Lil Yachty’s sailing team offers a fresh take on Hip Hop, with clever lyrics and warm vocal laced melodies over vibrant urban beats.
Through 2016 and 2017, Shane made a name for herself by dropping a series of adored projects, including her debut EP “Zero Gravity”. It featured the popular singles “Sad” that featured Lil’ Yatchy, which generated over a million streams on Spotify, followed by the huge hit “Drip On My Walk”. In 2017 Shane released even more electrifying music, including the 10 track mixtape “Big Trouble, Little Jupiter”, and the seven track EP “Back From The Future”. She’s earned herself a series of praises from the likes of The Fader, Pitchfork, Complex, Noisey, Vogue, Billboard and many more. Most recently, she covered Teen Vogue’s coveted 21 Under 21 Most Influential issue.
