These terms apply when you send music, film, TV or other work to OutLoud! Culture (OLC!), whether for free or through one of our paid packages. They’re short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email info@outloudculture.com before you buy.
The short version
- You pay for guaranteed consideration or guaranteed coverage, never for an opinion.
- Paid coverage is always labeled “Sponsored” and its links are marked rel=”sponsored.”
- If we decline a guaranteed package, you get a full refund.
Free submissions
You can always submit for free. Email info@outloudculture.com with your links. Our editors review free submissions as time allows, with no guarantee of a reply or coverage.
What each package guarantees

Consideration (no coverage guaranteed)
- Fast Track Review: a guaranteed listen or watch by an OLC! editor within 5 business days, plus at least 50 words of written feedback, and guaranteed consideration for FRESH! OutLoud, Insiders Guide, The Hit List, The Review or Exclusive Interviews. It does not guarantee coverage or any particular opinion. 100% of the fee counts as credit toward any guaranteed package bought within 30 days.
Guaranteed coverage
- Spotlight: a 250–400-word original write-up in FRESH! OutLoud (music) or Movies/TV (film/TV), live within 7 business days, with the social and newsletter placements listed on the Submissions page.
- Exclusive Interview: an email Q&A or a 20-minute call, published in EXCLUSIVE Interviews as a 600–1,000-word piece, with the listed social and newsletter placements.
- Premiere: an exclusive first play of a single or video 24–48 hours before wide release, with a write-up, a 48-hour featured homepage slot and the listed social and newsletter placements.
- OLC! Spotlight Package: an Interview or a Premiere, plus the extras listed on the Submissions page, including 7 days featured on the homepage.
- Release Campaign: a Premiere before release, an Interview and a Spotlight follow-up on release week, plus the listed videos and newsletter features. A Culturelogue guest spot is considered, not guaranteed.
Bundles and add-ons
- Fast Track 5-Pack: use within 6 months, for any artist on your roster.
- PR Partner (monthly): 3-month minimum.
- Add-ons (like Expedite, extra videos or homepage slots) deliver exactly what’s described on the Submissions page. Expedite means live within 72 hours, counted in business days.
“Guaranteed coverage” means we publish coverage of the type described. It doesn’t mean a positive opinion, a review score, or your approval of our wording.
Editorial discretion
Our editors write the coverage, choose the headline and make the final edit. You’re welcome to correct facts about yourself or your work, but you can’t approve or change our opinions. Paid packages never buy The Review verdicts or scores, Artist of the Week! picks, Where Are They Now? subject choices, Spotify playlist adds or “dofollow” links. Content rules
We may decline any submission that doesn’t meet our standards, including work that:
- promotes hate, harassment or violence against people or groups
- is plagiarized, or copies someone else’s work without permission
- uses samples, footage, images or other material you don’t have the rights to
- is unlawful, deceptive or sexually explicit
Your rights and what you send us
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to share, everything you send us: music, video, images, artwork, press photos and text.
- You let OLC! use that material to publish and promote the coverage on our site, newsletter, podcast and social media accounts.
- You still own your work. We still own the articles we write about it.
- Published coverage stays live permanently.
How payment works
- Pick a package on our Submissions page and send the request form.
- Within 2 business days, we email you an invoice with a secure payment link.
- Once you’ve paid, we schedule your package. Turnaround times count from that point.
Paying the invoice means you accept these terms.
Refunds
- If we decline a guaranteed package, you get a full refund.
- Your Fast Track fee is never wasted if you upgrade: 100% of it counts as credit toward any guaranteed package bought within 30 days.
- Fast Track fees and unused Fast Track credit are non-refundable.

Launch pricing
Launch prices run through January 10, 2027. After that, standard prices apply, and both are shown on the Submissions page. You pay the price on your invoice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Packages already paid for keep the terms that applied when you paid.
