New Music From Tove Styrke, Mariah Carey, and Zara Larsson

Mariah Carey – “The Distance” (featuring Ty Dolla $ign): The worlds biggest selling female artist, multi-platinum, multiple Grammy award winning global superstar Mariah Carey has a new song called “The Distance” that features Ty Dolla $ign. To add more excitement to the news column she revealed November 16th as the release date for her anxiously awaited 15th full-length studio album, “Caution”. This song takes us back to the old school r&b sounds, with smooth cinematic production, as Carey’s powerhouse vocals take center stage. Added into the mix is an R&B titan who’s been featuring a lot artists tracks of late, and Ty Dolla $ign is the perfect partner for this R&B banger. The only “Caution” we can see here is, Mariah Carey is back better than ever.

Zara Larsson – “Ruin My Life”:  Award-winning multi-platinum pop powerhouse Zara Larsson returns with her brand new single “Ruin My Life.” This comes as the first music we’ve seen from the songstress since 2017, with her gold certified debut album “So Good”. “Ruin My Life” is one of the catchiest pop tracks we’ve heard this month and it would have to be, when you have masterminds like Loote’s own Jackson Foote as a co-producer. With a new album in the works for release soon, Zara Larsson continues to elevate pop music to a new level.

Tove Styrke – “Vibe”: “Vibe” is the infectious new single from Tove Styrke’s smash hit album “Sway”. It’s the newest and freshest addition to the album, which Styrke describes; “2018 has been such an insane year for me! I’ve gone from sitting in a tiny basement studio in Stockholm making music that I think is really cool, to releasing my Sway album and getting to tour with some of my favorite artists (Lorde and Katy Perry), and now I get to spend the whole fall playing to my own crowds in North America, UK and Scandinavia. This whole year has been a pinch-me-in-the-arm-moment. This new song ‘Vibe’ is something I’ve been working on for the past few months. It feels like an ending and a new start at the same time. ‘Vibe’ comes from and belongs to the same place as the rest of Sway but it’s got a little bit more guitar, a little less lol and a bit more heartbreak.”

“Vibe” follows the catapulting success Styrke has had on her collaboration with Swedish duo NOTD single “Been There Done That,” which has been a global hit. Tove Styrke hasn’t finished dominating the charts there though, she recently announced a collaborative track on the upcoming Clean Bandit album, due out November 30. “Vibe” is out now.
