All I can say about this new song by Leah Haywood is wow. I’ve been a fan of her music since her debut album, and this song right here is the exact reason why. She seems to find a way to turn every song she releases into pure magic. Haywood gets personal on the single ‘Thinking Of God’, and took to social media to give listeners a little insight;

I woke up at 3am one night with this chorus in my head. It was a low time in my life
(who can relate?✋🏼) and just kind of wrote itself…
