Chelsea Cutler Comes Through With Another Hit Record On ‘The Lifeboat’s Empty’

Singer-song writer Chelsea Cutler has released her brand new single ‘The Lifeboat’s Empty’. The new track is one of 3 added to the deluxe version of her current album. Chelsea spoke to Variety in which she said was inspired by Titanic;

“You know how they sent a ton of lifeboats off before they were fully filled?” Cutler asks. “More people could have lived had they actually filled them to capacity.” She applies that metaphor to a failing relationship. “I was just thinking how there are so many tangible ways that you can work on it, but no one’s following through.”
