Saoirse Ronan Signs On To Star In Steve McQueen’s Latest Film ‘Blitz’

Confirmed! Saoirse Ronan is set to star in director Steve McQueen’s upcoming Apple TV+ World War II film “Blitz“. The film will tell the story of a group of Londoners during the aerial bombing of the city during the war. McQueen is set to direct, write, and produce the film.

McQueen’s production company Lammas Park is producing ‘Blitz’ alongside Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner of Working Title Films, and Arnon Milchan, Yariv Milchan and Michael Schaefer from New Regency.
