In an announcement by DC Studios James Gunn, he has confirmed Robert Pattinson will return for the Batman sequel alongside Matt Reeves and that it will be officially called ‘The Batman Part II’. It’s release date is currently set for October 3, 2025.

Gunn also went on to say the upcoming Superman movie will be called ‘Superman: Legacy’ and will release on July 11, 2025.

“It’s not an origin story,” Peter Safran said of the movie. “It focuses on Superman balancing his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing. He is the embodiment of truth justice and the American way. He is kindness in a world that thinks that kindness as old-fashioned.”
