Matchbox 20 are back! The band debuted the first track off their brand new album ‘Where the Light Goes’, which drops May 26 via Atlantic Records. The first single off the record is called “Wild Dogs (Running In A Slow Dream)”, which marks the bands first new music since their 2012 LP North.
‘Where the Light Goes’ is the band’s fifth studio album, and was produced by Gregg Wattenberg with band members Paul Doucette and Kyle Cook. Before this record the ban had been pursuing other projects. Most famously we know Rob Thomas made a solo career for himself, but now Matchbox 20 is back together, the band will embark on a 50-plus-date spring and summer tour, dubbed the Slow Dream Tour. The tour will kick off May 16 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC, and conclude Aug. 6 at Chicago’s Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre.
