Variety reports that Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall will be appearing in the second season of the follow-up series ‘And Just Like That’ for a cameo as her infamous character Samantha Jones. Cattrall will appear as Samantha Jones in one scene of Season 2 in which the character, who has moved to London, has a phone conversation with Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw. It won’t be the return fans were hoping for, but maybe it might be an inclination that she could possibly return in the future.
“The new chapter of the groundbreaking HBO series follows Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s,” reads the logline.
