One of the most anticipated films of the year, ‘Barbie’, is not that far away from it’s theatrical release, and now early reports suggest a “Ken” spin off movie is in the works. A recent report from Daniel Richtman (via World of Reel), a Ken spin-off movie with Ryan Gosling is in the works at Warner Bros. It’s in the early stages of development, so currently no director, writer or producer has been attached.
Barbie hasn’t even hit theatres yet but already it’s gaining more popularity of any film that’s been released this year. It’s projected to be very successful at the box office, and could earn anywhere from $80-100m during its opening weekend.
