The first look photo has been revealed for The Toxic Avenger, Legendary’s upcoming superhero comedy reboot. The pictures give a glimpse of Peter Dinklage as the Toxic Avenger. This film will debut at Fantastic Fest on September 21.
Starring alongside Dinklage is Jacob Tremblay, Taylour Paige, Kevin Bacon, Elijah Wood, Julia Davis, Jonny Coyne, Sarah Niles, David Yow, and Jane Levy.
“The remake will center around a struggling everyman transformed into a mutant freak after being pushed into a vat of toxic waste,” reads the synopsis. “He must become an underdog hero to save his son, his friends, and the community from the forces of corruption and greed.”
