Deadline reports that singer Demi Lovato is returning to acting in a new biopic drama called Tow. Lovato will be joining cast members Rose Byrne and breakout star Dominic Sessa. In addition to leading the cast, Byrne has also signed on as a producer via her Cake or Death Pictures banner.
“Tow will follow the true story of Amanda Ogle (Byrne), an unhoused Seattle woman who fought her way out of tow-company hell to reclaim her life and the car that held it all together after receiving a tow bill for $21,634,” reads the synopsis.
