Emma Thompson and Ruth Wilson Sign On For New Apple TV+ Thriller Series ‘Down Cemetery Road’

Apple TV+ has signed on Emma Thompson and Ruth Wilson to star in the new upcoming thriller series, Down Cemetery Road, based on a book by Mick Herron the man behind Slow Horses. Slow Horses writer Morwenna Banks will executive produce the project.

Per the synopsis, the series will follow “Sarah Tucker, who becomes obsessed with finding a neighbor girl who’s disappeared in the aftermath of a house’s explosion in a quiet Oxford suburb. After enlisting the help of private investigator Zoë Boehm in her quest, the pair find themselves in a complex conspiracy that reveals that people long believed dead are still among the living, while the living are fast joining the dead.”
