Roadside Attractions has announced the release date for The Last Showgirl, it’s new drama film led by Pamela Anderson as Shelley.
“The film follows a glamorous Las Vegas showgirl, Shelley, who faces the dark prospects of her show closing after several years. She must reconcile with the decisions she’s made and the community she has built as she plans her next act,” reads the synopsis.
The Last Showgirl is scheduled to arrive in select theaters on December 13. The film is directed by Gia Coppola from a screenplay written by Kate Gersten. The movie also stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Dave Bautista, Brenda Song, Kiernan Shipka, Billie Lourd, and Jason Schwartzman.
