It’s been more then a decade since the popular comedy series wrapped up but now it’s been reported that ABC has started developing a Scrubs reboot from the series original creator. ABC’s Scrubs reboot is being developed by the original series creator Bill Lawrence and 20th Television, but should the project score an official order from the network, Lawrence will reportedly not take on the role of the showrunner.
The original series was created and executive produced by Lawrence, and after the show ended he went on to produce popular Apple TV+ shows such as Ted Lasso and Shrinking.
