A24 has joined Jesse Eisenberg‘s next film behind the camera, an untitled musical comedy, starring Julianne Moore and Paul Giamatti. According to Deadline’s report, “The film follows a shy woman (Moore) who is unexpectedly cast in a community theater musical production, going to extremes as she loses herself in the role”.
Production reportedly began this month, with Halle Bailey, Havana Rose Liu, and Bernadette Peters also joining the cast. Other cast members include Eldar Isgandarov, Bonnie Milligan, Colton Ryan, Lilli Cooper, and Maulik Pancholy.
