The Hollywood Reporter has reported that a new Miami Vice movie is officially in the works, with Top Gun: Maverick director Joseph Kosinski set to direct the project.
The new movie will be written by Dan Gilroy, with producer Dylan Clark attached as a producer alongside Kosinski. There is currently no word on casting or synopsis at this stage, but THR states it will likely involve the underground crime world of Miami and how police handle it.
