Gal Gadot and The Old Guard star Matthias Schoenaerts have officially signed on for the leading roles in Miramax’s upcoming thriller Ruin. The project hails from live-action Mulan filmmaker Niki Caro.
“Set post-WWII Germany, the film follows a recently released camp prisoner (Gadot), who is forced to make an unlikely alliance with a German soldier (Schoenaerts) in a mutual quest to exact revenge on a Nazi SS squad,” reads the synopsis.
