A Ted sequel TV series has been ordered by Peacock and will see several stars from the original films return, including Mark Wahlberg. But there’s a bit of a difference with this series. According to a report from Variety, Peacock has ordered a new animated series set in the Ted universe. While there is currently no synopsis we do know that this animated series will take place after the first two films.
Seth MacFarlane will once again return to voice Ted, with Wahlberg, Amanda Seyfried, and Jessica Barth all returning to reprise their roles.
