Berlin-based DJ and producer HoneyLuv, returns with a captivating and energetic new single “Dancehall” – a brilliant portrait of ecstasy, celebrating movement and expression. Setting the tone for an epic season ahead, the vibrant new single is set to officially drop on Friday, May 2, 2025.
Bold from the onset, “Dancehall” instantly drives listeners to the dancefloor – the buoyant beat fuses Latin pop and Afrobeats into an anthemic dance track. After her vocals have appeared on remixes in the past, this track marks the first time she’s singing on one of her own – her velvety-rich vocals are layered over a lush bed of bouncing reggaeton-inspired rhythm, carefully designed to make hips sway, shoulders roll and feet refuse to stop moving. Creating an irresistible soundscape, HoneyLuv’s intoxicating beat draws listeners deep into her groove-filled realm
where they are free to shake off every ounce of restraint as the track beams with color, movement and pure kinetic joy.
Refreshingly exuberant, “Dancehall” fosters camaraderie and connection, cultivating a space where listeners can immerse themselves in the beat and get lost in its reverie. Demonstrating her versatility and adaptability, the track arrives as a powerful assertion of HoneyLuv’s spirit – bright, bold and undeniably danceable.

GRAMMY-winning producer, DJ, and mixing engineer Cassian releases his newest single, “SOS.” The track serves as his debut on John Summit’s Experts Only label, home to house and techno superstars like Green Velvet, Max Styler, and Kevin De Vries.
Cassian deploys his signature knack for maximum impact on “SOS,” stirring up a wave of suspense with a dramatic build-up and kinetic vocal sample before dropping into a syncopated bass line that drives the track forward with pulsing urgency. A flagship moment in Cassian’s DJ set as of late, you can watch Cassian deliver the energy to a sold-out crowd at London’s KOKO club here.
“Someone told me I look like the Easter Island statues, so at the start of the year, I went on a trip to check them out in the flesh. When I arrived, they started singing this song to me. I quickly recorded it and then was immediately possessed by a spirit who sampled it and produced it into ‘SOS’. So I guess it was a spiritual ghost producer.” — Cassian

Four decades after igniting college-radio airwaves and launching R.E.M.’s remarkable career, their 1981 debut single “Radio Free Europe” is broadcasting a new signal. The release celebrates the 75th anniversary of the “OG” Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL), and arrives just ahead of World Press Freedom Day on May 3.
Radio Free Europe 2025 is available to stream and download today. A limited-edition 10-inch orange-vinyl pressing—available for pre-order now exclusively via the official R.E.M. store and independent record stores—lands September 12. Proceeds from all vinyl sales will go to RFE/RL, an editorially independent nonpartisan and nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation.
Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty was established by the United States 75 years ago and currently broadcasts news and information in 27 languages to 23 countries where a free press is either banned by the government or under threat. Throughout the Cold War and continuing today, RFE/RL is often the only lifeline to the outside world for people living under extreme censorship.
Members of R.E.M. say this mission of promoting free expression has always resonated with the band.
“Whether it’s music or a free press – censorship anywhere is a threat to the truth everywhere. On World Press Freedom Day, I’m sending a shout-out to the brave journalists at Radio Free Europe,” says Michael Stipe, lead singer and founding member of R.E.M.
“Radio Free Europe’s journalists have been pissing off dictators for 75 years. You know you’re doing your job when you make the right enemies. Happy World Press Freedom Day to the ‘OG’ Radio Free Europe,” says Mike Mills, bassist and founding member of R.E.M.
Grammy-winning live electronic trio RÜFÜS DU SOL unveil their anticipated Inhale / Exhale Remixed, a 15-track curation of global club reworks drawn from their latest studio album Inhale / Exhale. Out now via Rose Avenue/Reprise Records, the remix album celebrates the band’s deep connection to the dancefloor and their role as torchbearers within modern electronic music. Listen HERE.
Released in October 2024, Inhale / Exhale marked a creative milestone for RÜFÜS DU SOL. The album expanded the trio’s signature sound with an expansive emotional palette and a renewed focus on rhythm and texture. It debuted on the Billboard 200 and earned their first #1 on U.S. dance radio with “Music is Better”, leading to both critical acclaim and commercial momentum. Its success paved the way for their Inhale / Exhale World Tour, the best-selling solo electronic tour in history, which marks a landmark for both the band and the genre. Inhale / Exhale Remixed extends that vision, offering a fresh interpretation of the original through the hands of some of the scene’s most compelling artists.
The full remix collection sees the band invite a handpicked global lineup of friends, peers, and underground titans to reimagine Inhale / Exhale through a late-night lens. The remix album’s contributors include Turkish-Italian underground favorite Carlita, Haitian house producer Francis Mercier, adventurous Peruvian selector Sofia Kourtesis, Swiss club mainstay Andrea Oliva, German deep house artist Emanuel Satie, melodic craftsman Enamour, Afro-tech innovator Nitefreak, Belgian groove specialist Maxi Meraki, worldwide dancefloor fixture Kaz James, rising German talent Fahlberg, genre-blurring producer Moeaike, Spanish dancefloor architect Arodes, Moroccan electronic explorer Rockin Moroccin, and Turkish-American sonic sculptor Samm, alongside Swiss duo Adriatique’s previously-released ‘In The Moment’ remix.

Naarm / Melbourne punk-rock four-piece Press Club independently release their much-anticipated fourth album, To All The Ones That I Love, out today. Stream it in its entirety here: https://ffm.to/toalltheonesthatilove
Diverse and evolved, To All The Ones That I Love boasts a massive, textural sound while exploring themes of introspection, growth and harnessing the power of self-awareness.
Recorded at the band’s own studio in Footscray, with guitarist Greg Rietwyk on production and mixing, before the album was mastered by Kris Crummett (Closure in Moscow, Dune Rats, Currents) the album includes singles ‘Tightrope’, ‘I Am Everything’ and ‘Wasted Days’.
Today also sees the band share a video clip for the album’s title track, directed by longtime collaborator Nick Manuell. Captured with raw intimacy and signature grit, the clip echoes the track’s message: a powerful love letter to connection, community, and self.
“We’re talking to a few groups of people,” says drummer Frank Press Club. “First is our fans who’ve followed us on the journey so far and without whom we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. Secondly are our friends and families, who support us both in our music and in our lives. And lastly we’re talking to each other, we’ve come a long way together and prop each other up. To All The Ones That I Love is literally a love letter, not just to our fans and families, but also to ourselves.”

“I always remember that enthusiasm of, ‘Music’s a fun part of life that lifts us up and should be celebrated,’” says Jake Keegan, vocalist and dobro player of rising Kansas City Americana outfit, MoonShroom. Keegan, along with his partner and bandmate, Lily B Moonflower, grew up surrounded by living, breathing creativity and artistry, whether it be at a young age in church or late night at a festival jamming under the stars. Collectively, they use words like “connecting,” “joyous,” “celebratory,” and “liberated artistic expression” to describe both the spirit of MoonShroom and their upcoming debut album, Take a Trip, which greatly reflects their collective musical upbringings. Joined by Zach Bozeman on upright bass and Colby Allen Walter on mandolin, electric guitar, and vocals, the quartet draws from an abundance of on-stage experience as individuals to create a whole new sonic universe, drawn from a blend of rock, bluegrass and indie folk and distilled into an otherworldly, energetic Americana sound. The resulting ten-song adventure of Take a Trip was recorded live at Element Recording in Kansas City.
Today, MoonShroom shared their first single from Take a Trip, the lunar invite everyone wants to get for a funky “Party on the Moon.” Jumping back and forth between a country-leaning train beat and a horn section- and electric piano-filled groove, “Party on the Moon” is all good-time all the time. “Sometimes life feels like slow-moving drudgery. It gets monotonous, and at times, there’s negativity that can’t be escaped,” say Keegan and Moonflower. “Music is a portal to another world, far away from your problems and the everyday struggle. For a brief moment in time, all the other complications that cloud our experience are lifted as we are transported to another dimension, free of all the bullshit.” “Party on the Moon” aims to do just that, barreling towards a cosmic climax of joyful celebration. “By the end of the track,” says Keegan, “all emotions and music are left on the floor, and the only thing to do is bask in it.”

Ahead of their upcoming album, Accidentally Fetishized out May 16, rock outfit Reverse Pathogen have released their latest single, “Guitar Cable Technical.” The earworm was born from multihyphenate Clayton Thomas’ ability to make do with an incorrect guitar cable. The happy accident gives the track its unique sound.
