During her four-night residency in Manchester, Billie Eilish shared the stage with some remarkable company—three-time Oscar winners—while also unveiling exciting news about her upcoming project.
On Saturday night at her sold-out performance at Co-op Live, the nine-time Grammy-winning artist revealed that she is collaborating with director James Cameron on a groundbreaking 3D concert film, currently in development. This announcement came during her tour, Hit Me Hard and Soft, supporting her third studio album.
“You might have noticed there are more cameras than usual,” Billie quipped. “I can’t reveal too much, but I’m working on something very special with James Cameron, and it’ll be in 3D. So, just take that in. These four shows in Manchester—this one included—are part of what I’m creating with him.” She hinted that Cameron is “somewhere in the audience,” adding, “I might be wearing the same outfit for four days straight.”
With her signature blend of mystery and excitement, Billie Eilish teased an innovative project that promises to bring her live experience into a new dimension.
