CIARA RELEASES 8th STUDIO ALBUM ‘CICI’

Grammy-winning, multi-platinum superstar Ciara has dropped her highly anticipated eighth studio album, CiCi. Released through her own independent label, Beauty Marks Entertainment, which she has operated since 2017 and is responsible for hits like “Level Up” and “How We Roll,” the new project marks a significant milestone in her career.

CiCi signifies a bold new chapter for one of Atlanta’s most iconic voices. The album sees Ciara reconnect with her roots while pushing her sound forward, blending her signature R&B melodies with innovative, genre-blurring elements that highlight her artistic growth and evolving identity. It’s a body of work that reflects her journey of growth, resilience, and a deep connection to the culture that shaped her.

Ciara shares, “‘CiCi is a love letter, a celebration of the journey, and most importantly, a thank you to my fans. This project embodies the strength I’ve gained and the confidence I now wear with pride. My fans inspire me every day, and this is my way of giving that love back.”

Accompanying the album release, Ciara unveils an energetic new music video for “Dance With Me” featuring Tyga — filmed at the legendary Randy’s Donuts in Los Angeles. Directed by Kat Webber, the visual showcases Ciara leading a dynamic dance crew in high-octane choreography, with Tyga delivering his verse with signature West Coast style from a car. The video also features a surprise appearance by NBA All-Star Russell Westbrook.

The 14-track album includes previously released songs such as “Ecstasy,” “How We Roll” featuring Chris Brown, and “This Right Here” with Latto and Jazze Pha, alongside new tracks like the empowering anthem “Made It” and the upcoming hit “Dance With Me.” With infectious hooks, dancefloor-ready beats, and heartfelt lyrics, CiCi is more than just an album — it’s a statement. From sultry slow jams to energetic dance tracks, Ciara reasserts her position as both a chart-topping artist and a cultural icon. With nods to her early 2000s era and a fearless embrace of future directions, CiCi celebrates confidence, self-love, and the enduring power of artistry. Full tracklist below.

As Ciara continues to influence music, culture, and fashion, she has graced the covers of L’Officiel Global and Rolling Stone Africa in 2025. Notably, she became the first international artist to appear on the cover of Rolling Stone Africa, shortly after returning from Benin, where she received an official Benin citizenship — the first individual worldwide to be honored under a new program recognizing members of the African diaspora. She also delivered a powerful performance at this year’s amfAR Cannes Gala and presented at the 2025 American Music Awards and BET Awards. Most recently, Ciara performed on The TODAY Show’s Summer Concert Series, debuting songs from CiCi alongside her classic hits, while also serving as a co-host during her week-long takeover with Jenna Bush Hager.

Throughout her impressive career, Ciara has established herself as one of the most impactful and influential artists of the 21st century. With billions of streams and numerous platinum, multi-platinum, and gold certifications worldwide, her timeless hits include “Level Up,” “One Step, Two Step” featuring Missy Elliott, “Goodies,” “Body Party,” and “I Bet.” Beyond music, she is an entrepreneur—founder of her skincare brand OAM (On A Mission) and co-owner of Ten To One rum—and actively supports initiatives through her role on the board of the Why Not You Foundation. She is also a co-author of the bestselling children’s picture book Why Not You?.
