Ketchup Entertainment excited fans of the upcoming Coyote vs. Acme film by announcing that the first official trailer will drop next week. The journey to this point has been a rollercoaster, marked by delays, shelving, fears of the project being permanently scrapped, and a last-minute rescue sparked by public outcry. The film was eventually sold for distribution, all driven by Warner Bros.’ effort to cut costs.
Now, we’re gradually approaching the finish line, with the movie set to premiere on August 28, 2026. To build anticipation, the company released a teaser (shown above), revealing that they took Tax Day off—and likely skipped CinemaCon 2026—to debut the first trailer next week. They also shared a new poster featuring an updated logo for the film, depicting a giant wrecking ball poised to cause chaos for the iconic character.
