Dave Franco is set to star alongside Sophie Wilde, known for her roles in Talk To Me and Babygirl, in the upcoming alien invasion thriller titled Soon You Will Be Gone And Possibly Eaten.
The film is directed by Egor Abramenko, the visionary behind A24’s upcoming horror Altar and the Russian sci-fi Sputnik. The screenplay, crafted by Luke Piotrowski and Ben Collins—writers of Hulu’s Hellraiser and Searchlight’s The Night House—is adapted from a short story by Nick Antosca, the creator and showrunner of Apple TV’s anticipated Cape Fear series starring Javier Bardem and Amy Adams.
Production is scheduled to commence this summer.
