Mckenna Grace makes her long-awaited return to music with her debut solo single in more than two years, titled “Ugly and Rotten,” accompanied by a compelling music video.
The new release follows her chart-topping hit “Twisting the Knife” with Ice Nine Kills earlier this year, which reached #1 on the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart. This marks an exciting new chapter for the actress, singer, and songwriter, showcasing her versatility and growth as an artist. Grace shared that “Ugly and Rotten” was inspired by an old diary entry she revisited while navigating a challenging period in her life, transforming those personal reflections into a raw and honest song.
Despite her busy acting schedule—set to appear in films such as Scream 7, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, Regretting You, The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, and Nimrods (A Green Day Story)—Grace continues to pursue her musical passions, demonstrating her multifaceted talent.
