The universe of Family Guy is expanding once again with a new spin-off centered on the iconic character Stewie Griffin. The upcoming series has announced its main voice cast, featuring familiar voices from the original show, along with exciting new talent. Hulu, Fox, and 20th Television Animation revealed the cast details to Deadline.
Seth MacFarlane will return as the voice of Stewie Griffin and will also introduce a new character named Bean. Mike Henry is set to reprise his role as BJ, Stewie’s new classmate, who is the son of Bruce—the long-time neighbor—also voiced by Henry. The series boasts a talented lineup, including Saturday Night Live veterans Kenan Thompson and Vanessa Bayer, along with Melissa O’Neil from The Rookie, Aaron Lee, and Jessica Lowe.
Kenan Thompson will voice Royal, a friend hesitant to join Stewie’s adventurous schemes. Vanessa Bayer is cast as Morgan, Stewie’s easygoing teacher, while Melissa O’Neil will portray Wanda, a clever student and Stewie’s love interest. Jessica Lowe joins as Caroline, an aspiring influencer and Stewie’s rival in the classroom. Additionally, Lee will voice Skunk, a 100-year-old class turtle with eccentric beliefs about nearly everything.
The storyline follows Stewie as he begins attending a new school after being expelled from his old preschool. Surrounded by new classmates, a quirky teacher, and an ancient turtle, Stewie uses his inventive genius to take his friends on wild adventures through space and time—transforming ordinary days into extraordinary missions.
Created by Seth MacFarlane and Kirker Butler, the series received a two-season order from Fox earlier this year. It is scheduled to premiere during the 2027-28 TV season, with next-day streaming available on Hulu. MacFarlane, Butler, and Kara Vallow serve as executive producers, with 20th Television Animation producing the series.
