Kal Penn finds himself under intense scrutiny from Linda Hamilton in the first trailer for Trust Me, I’m a Doctor, an upcoming biographical comedy-drama exploring the legal fallout surrounding the death of model and reality TV personality Anna Nicole Smith.
Released on August 27, 2026, the first trailer offers a glimpse at the film, which is based on the memoir of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor. Penn stars as Kapoor, a physician whose life is turned upside down after he becomes entangled in the investigation into Smith’s death.
