BTS are taking their blockbuster return to the big screen once again, with fans around the world set to experience two of the biggest concerts from the group’s ongoing BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ through a pair of live cinema events.
Trafalgar Releasing, HYBE and BIGHIT MUSIC have announced BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUENOS AIRES AND SÃO PAULO: LIVE VIEWING, marking the first time a BTS concert live viewing will be broadcast from South America.
The two cinematic events will capture the group’s highly anticipated performances in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and São Paulo, Brazil, as BTS bring the Latin American leg of their enormous comeback tour to a spectacular conclusion.
For fans unable to attend the stadium shows in person, the cinema screenings will offer the next best thing: two full-length BTS concerts featuring RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook, projected onto the big screen for audiences across the globe.
The Buenos Aires concert will be broadcast on Saturday, October 24 in the Americas, followed by a worldwide screening on Sunday, October 25. The São Paulo performance will then arrive in cinemas on Friday, October 30 in the Americas, with the rest of the world receiving the broadcast on Saturday, October 31. Screening schedules will vary between territories, with some markets receiving delayed broadcasts to accommodate local time zones.
Tickets for both events will go on sale Thursday, September 17, beginning at 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET / 2 p.m. BST. Fans can find further information and sign up for event alerts through the official BTS Live Viewing website.
A Historic Latin American Chapter
The Buenos Aires concert carries particular significance for BTS, as it represents the group’s first-ever performance in Argentina. Alongside their São Paulo appearance, the shows will provide a fitting conclusion to the Latin American chapter of the ARIRANG tour while introducing the scale and excitement of those stadium performances to an international cinema audience.
The South American screenings will become the fourth and fifth live viewing events associated with the record-breaking tour. Previous cinematic events have included performances from Goyang and Tokyo in April, followed by a major homecoming event and anniversary broadcast from Busan Asiad Main Stadium in June.
Together, the screenings have transformed BTS concerts into worldwide communal cinema experiences, allowing millions of fans to share the atmosphere of a stadium show from theatres across the globe.
Trafalgar Releasing CEO Marc Allenby highlighted the importance of the upcoming events, particularly the group’s historic first concert in Argentina.
“We’re proud to continue our role in BTS’ comeback of the decade with these live viewings from Latin America,” Allenby said, while praising the collaboration with HYBE and exhibition partners in bringing the atmosphere of Buenos Aires and São Paulo to audiences worldwide.
ARIRANG Continues BTS’ Global Domination
The scale of BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ has been extraordinary. Built around a signature 360-degree in-the-round stage, the tour has delivered the kind of enormous production that has become synonymous with BTS, while marking the group’s first major tour in approximately four years.
Commercially, the tour has also made a major impact, reportedly grossing more than twice as much as its closest competitor on the Billboard April Top Tours chart.
The momentum surrounding BTS’ return has extended well beyond their tour dates. The group performed at the 2026 FIFA World Cup final on July 19, adding another enormous global platform to their comeback, before taking home Artist of the Year at the 2026 American Music Awards for the second consecutive year.
It has been another reminder of BTS’ extraordinary position within global pop culture. Even after years away from the road as a full group, their ability to command stadiums, dominate music events and bring millions of fans together remains undiminished.
Now, as ARIRANG heads towards its Latin American finale, that sense of occasion is set to extend far beyond Buenos Aires and São Paulo.
For BTS fans, the cinema screenings offer the opportunity to witness two landmark performances together with fellow ARMY around the world. For the group itself, they represent another chapter in one of the biggest comebacks in modern pop history.
BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUENOS AIRES AND SÃO PAULO: LIVE VIEWING arrives in cinemas worldwide this October.
